5th annual Hip-Hop Odyssey International Film Festival

Over the weekend I popped over to BB Kings for the 5th annual Hip-Hop Odyssey International Film Festival. Many of Hip Hops legends were on deck to give tribute to counterparts and independent hip hop film makers. Paul Mooney and Dr.Roxanne Shante were the host for the night. Some of the patrons and presenters included Fab 5 Freddy, Cold Crush Brothers, Grand Wizard Theodore, Lady Pink, Crash Crew, Ralph McDaniels, Peeblee Poo, Ernie Paniccioli and Ice-T.



The AWESOME 2 spun for the event.... classic material!



Paul Mooney kept the crowd going and even had to chop down a heckler or two!!!



Ice-T was presented with the Trailblazer award by Ernie Paniccioli (if Ernie hasn't taken your picture then you aint make it yet in hip hop!!!!)



Charlie Ahearn of Wild Style was presented and award by Fab 5 Freddy and Henry Chalfant of Style Wars,...... dope!!!!



This is what hip hop is really about,.. I didn't take a bunch of flicks because I was spending so much time enjoying the show. They had spoken workd, beat boxing, freestyles (with Supernatural doing his patented interactive freestyle, where he rhymes about any thing and everything that you pull out of your pockets!!!!
